Our location is among the best of the Lake Buena Vista area, just Southwest of Orlando. Close to all of the attractions and action of Lake Buena Vista and only a few minutes away from access to I-4.
Each fully furnished condo features a full kitchen and all the comforts of home as well as a unique extra set of bunk beds for the kids. In addition to these great accommodations, the resort is nestled on the shore of private Lake Bryan. This natural spring fed lake offers amenities such as water sports and a cool breeze in the summer in the midst of all of the attractions.
The resorts offers a reduced rate for people attending weddings in the area. We can accommodate small meetings, class reunions, family reunions and sports groups. All groups must have 10 or more rooms per night for a minimum of 2 nights.

This Orlando resort is less than a mile from Walt Disney World® Resort and the Downtown Disney® area. Universal Studios is a seven-mile drive. A Starbucks drive-thru is on site. The hotel complex also features a mini-golf course, supermarket, souvenir shop, CiCi's pizza, and Dunkin' Donuts.
Equipped with its own dock, the lakefront resort does not stint on water sports: water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, power boating, and a wetlands walkway are all available on site or nearby. A 6,000-square-foot pool with adjacent spa tub, a children's pool, a miniature golf course next door, and a fitness center provide further recreation options.

The Blue Heron Beach Resort offers one-and two-bedroom condo-style suites, all with balconies overlooking the lake. Suites include full kitchens equipped with ranges, ovens, refrigerator/freezers, microwaves, dishwashers, utensils, and service for up to eight people.
Master bathrooms feature jetted bathtubs. All suites come with washers and dryers. Cable TV, DVD players, and complimentary high-speed Internet access are also included. Decor is contemporary, with a sunny Mediterranean palette.

Recreation
The hotel occupies 900 feet of lakeshore, with a private dock. Lake activities include motor boating, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking—either on site or nearby. Water skis, boats, and other rentals are available from an independently operated water-sports center just a short walk from the hotel along the lake. The center can also deliver personal watercraft to the hotel's own dock.
Numerous public golf courses in the area include Celebration, in the nearby planned community of the same name, and Orlando's own Crooked Cat. The Hawaiian Rumble Adventure miniature golf course is next door to the hotel.
Nature-lovers may want to visit Blue Spring State Park, the winter home of Florida's exotic (and endangered) manatee population, 40 miles away.
