The Church Street Inn, Festiva Hospitality Group, has 31 suites, some of which are vacational rental units. All are two stories. Downstairs each has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, and cookware. A living area with overstuffed sofa bed, table, writing desk and chair, TV, and half-bath are also downstairs. The bedroom, with one queen, one king, or two double beds, is upstairs, along with a second bath with tub-shower combination. Some bedrooms open onto small step-out balconies with views of the historic district or landscaped courtyard. Local calls are complimentary.
