Each condo has air conditioning, a television, a telephone with a message service, a washer/dryer and an iron with ironing board. The condos are located in three story buildings with elevators and have furnished lanais and ceiling fans. A one-bedroom condo is approximately 740 square feet with the lanai and can accommodate up to 4 people. Each one-bedroom condo has one bathroom with a tub and shower combination, one queen bed in the bedroom, a double wall bed in the living room and a full kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher.
